I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Now our to kittens love to play under it and make lots of rattley noises!
Hope your kitty gets better!
That actually works. He eats slower and less and he's not puking anymore.
Just an idea!
She has this thing that if she sees the bottom of the food bowl then she freaks out and when i put more food in she goes nuts and eats to much, so have to stay on top of her to take the food away. I didn't do that last too tired so I ended with 5 piles of puke this morning on the floor. Why don't they ever pick the tiled floor to puke on instead of the carpet or my shoes???
