I'm still not feeling well for just having thrown UP or UPchucked as some would say.
Listen UP! There is a two-letter word that perhaps has more meaning than any other two-letter word , and that is the word "UP". It's easy to understand UP, meaning toward the sky or at the top of the list, but when we awaken in the morning, why do we wake UP, why are officers UP for election and why is it UP to the secretary to write UP a report?
We call UP our friends, we use it to brighten UP a room, polish UP the silver, warm UP leftovers, clean UP the kitchen, lock UP the house and some people even fix UP the old car.
At other times this little word has real special meaning. People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, work UP an appetite, and think UP excuses.
To be dressed is one thing but to be dressed UP is special. How's this for confusing?
A drain must be opened UP because it is stopped UP. We open UP a store in the morning but we close it UP at night. We seem pretty mixed UP about UP.
When it threatens to rain, we say it is clouding UP. When the sun comes out we say it is clearing UP. When it rains, it wets UP the earth. When it doesn't rain things dry UP. I am of British heritage and it is not a good thing to be told, "Dry UP!"
It's time to wrap it UP, and if you are UP to it, give UP that comment about what's UP in your life.
Throw UP your hands and applaud for now my time is UP and I will shut UP.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It has certainly brought a smile to my face and many laughs!
