You are so wise to look into the meds he is taking yourself. Doctors are so busy and only can give a limited amount of time to each patient, we do have to take on some responsibility ourselves. It really isn't their fault, it is just the way things are today, and we have to live with that. I have done this twice this year myself when four doctors were involved and they were not comunicating with each other. Some of these new meds are life savers but every one should be fully aware of the side effects of any drug taken.
