Last night I was overwhelmed with stressful thoughts. Everything from my parents, school, my job, and just feeling resentful and angry.
So I got a pickle jar, and labled it "stress jar." All the stresses I had in the day, I wrote on a piece of paper.
The saying on the bottom said that if I wanted to "stress" about these things tonight as I lay in bed, I'd have to open the jar and take out the note....
I don't know how good it will be worked, but I really felt good for some reason... Like, I realize I have stress, but I'm entitled to sleep w/o worrying. or, at least try...

Let me know how it workes. That is my biggest problem, as soon as I lay down all these things just flood in to my mind. Then I am up all night

i made a damnit doll years ago, you would write something on a note, safety pin it on. and any stress, frustrations or just plain pissed off, you could punch, pinch, pummle that damnit doll till you fell better, lol

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
