I am so frustrated with my mil's lack of religion. I would really have to characterize her as an atheist. This is difficult for me because she often tries to share her "beliefs" or should I say non-belief!! I like to think of myself as a good Christian and I guess I need to pray for her. Thank goodness I'm blessed to have a mother who also lives with me who shares my spirituality. My husband is not demonstrative about it and rarely goes to Church with me but I know he believes in God!! I think it was the way his family was raised so I just plug along trying to set a good example. It just chapps me so much when she tries to act like an authority about it!!! Their family chose to have only a visitation when my fil died last year-no funeral. I felt so terrible when that happened. O.K. I've said my peace-I feel better already LOL
