I am new to this site, and wasn't quite sure where I fit in. But here is my situaiton. In July my best friend gave birth to her second child, she was released from the hospital a few days later. Then shortly she was release from the hospital she was having problems breathing, her doctor told her to go to the emergency room. While there, due to complications from her pregancy she suffered 2 heart attacks and went into cardiac arrest. Her brain was without oxygen for a significant amount of time and her brain is severely damaged. she is currently in the hospital on life support. I have recently moved into her home, to help her husband with her 2 small boys. I know I am doing the right thing, but I have so many worries and concerns about this situation. I am just looking for some support and trying to see if anyone is going through something similar??

The family is doing the best they can in this time, it's tough, a lot of different personalities clashing, makes it hard. But we are doing the best we can

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
