Thanks for all of your responses to my posts.
The Dr. increased Dan's pain meds and also gave us a referral to a pain clinic.
We also went back to church for the first time in a few years and being out among people really lifted his spirits. What with the new pain meds, he is going to try to play the violin in the church orchestras of Sundays. This is giving him something to look forward to.
The season change is almost over (even though we were at 88* today - stupid Arizona) and his pain is easing some bacause of that.
All these changes has helped him. Will let you know how the clinic goes.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
