Just for fun.... I was wondering what makes you feel old? I have been finding many things lately that make me feel old. Besides my body knockin me down with a bad back and arthritis, I now find my music I liked in the 80's is now "classic". Celebrities used to be older people I looked up to and now they are so much younger than me. When I make a reference to someone or say a quote from an old movie that was so popular back then the younger people have no idea what your talking about. Also technology has out paced me. I have no idea how to use some of the new gadgets and I really don't want to learn. I consider myself lucky each time I sit down to my computer and it still works. :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Oh.. one physical thing.. I do so miss my knees! :-) Can you relate?
I agree. I have no desire to get an Ipod. now I know I am old LOL
Somehow, I bypassed looking like my mother, I look like my grandmother! Ack!
Also, after a drive that lasts for a couple of hours, even with heated squishy wonderfully supportive seats.. I walk like I have a corn cob up my backside! I get so stiff if I sit in one place too long.
And, movies. The other day I pulled out the Ray Milland and Grace Kelly movie, Dial M for Murder.. which is a great flick, and asked my daughter if she'd like to watch it with me. She had heard of Grace Kelly, didn't know why the Monocco Princess was in a movie and who the heck was Ray Milland? A Mallard duck or something?
She had NO clue.
Which gave me a clue. I am old. I am getting really old!
However, other than the aches and stiffness.. I feel just like I did in college.. only dumber for some things and a lot smarter for others!
