Hi everyone. I'm 38 and I've been working at the current job for 10 years. My husband also works here. I'm ready to leave here for the following reasons:
1) Working in the same office with my husband has been a challenge and it has brought negative affects to our marriage.
2) I tried but cannot get along with my immediate boss. Although I respect him as a human, I do not agree with his managing style. Let's just say that because of him, it has brought both physical & mental stress to my life.
3) Workload vs Pay is so off. Of all the things I do around here, my pay is very low. I feel I'm getting ripped off. I want to concentrate on what I'm hired to do, and of course, I don't mind helping out if needed, but currently things get dumped on me constantly and I'm not getting paid for them.
So... I'm getting calls from job agencies after posting my resume online. I know that I shouldn't say these things (above) at the interview so what is the correct thing to say???
I would really appreciate your input on this as I have an interview next week. Thanks in advance and good luck to all of you!
