A small group of us found out that we were being laid off Dec 21. Yeah, nice xmas gift. Our employer is very optomistic that we will be called back to work but we don't know if it'll be 2 weeks or 10 weeks and have all filed for EI. Here's my situation and I appreciate anyone's advice. I am crying as I type this as I found my perfect job and now need to think longterm about my/our future. Ideas and thoughts anyone?
