I am a new Mum who has discovered that she doesn't want to go back to her old stressful and unfulfilling job after her Maternity leave ends.
For financial reasons I have to work, but I would like to return to a more flexible career - my current job has me working all hours just to keep on top of the workload and has the responsibility of running a team and all that entails. I don't know how I would cope with this and the added pressures of parenthood. I would love to retrain as a Life Coach as it is a job that has always appealed to me and I think I have the qualities to make a success in this field.
The problem is that there seems to be a zillion courses out there - how do you know which are the good ones leading to a respected qualification? Does anyone know?
Thanks

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
