I've got a second degree burn, partial thickness-deep reticular dermis, its got a white appearance and I have no pain or burning sensation on the burn or the surface around it.
I did it by lighting my lighter and keeping the flame on for 15mins, them I put it out and pushed it hard on my skin, hoping to get a smiley face I got this instead.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
