Bullying Support Group
Bullying is the act of intentionally causing harm to others, through verbal harassment, physical assault, or other more subtle methods of coercion such as manipulation. Bullying can be defined in many different ways, but one thing is clear: no one deserves to be bullied. If you or someone you know is coping with bullying, this is the place to share your feelings and get...
I had a "friend" in high school that turned out to be the ring leader in bullying me because all the people that bullied me had a connection to her, she passed notes, she bent truths, and she flat out lied. I can't really trust anyone, not after what I've been through with people. I was even bullied by my own sister.
First things first: YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS. Don't let them make you think otherwise. It sounds cliche but your "friends" are WEAK. They hate themselves so they vent it out on you. Putting you down makes them feel better. Convincing themselves that you're "lower" than them gives them some kind of high. I've been both the victim and the abuser in this kind of parasitic relationship. Tell them straight that you don't think your relationship will be good for you or for them. CUT ALL YOUR TIES WITH THEM. You deserve to be more than just their emotional punchbag. They need help. They need therapists. Trust me, continuing this "friendship" will do you (and them) NO good.
You are strong enough to do this. You must believe that. If you want to talk, I'm here.
