Breastfeeding Support Group
While breastfeeding is recommended by many doctors, it is not as simple as it seems. This is a community dedicated to parents who are choosing to breastfeed, providing a safe place to discuss everything from pumping, to questions of whether baby is getting enough, weaning, breast care, scheduling, supply, and more.

I am nursing my daughter and I went on maternity leave the day I had her. I went into labor at work and I told them I would come back to work in 4 weeks because they needed me there. I told them that I was going to nurse her before I even had her. My shift was Monday-Friday 11 hours a day without any breaks. I told them that I was going to need a 30 min break to pump so that I could keep nursing my baby and they said they couldn't do that. I never went back to work and we are now struggling with money because of it. I can't seem to go back to work and leave my baby but I also can't seem to find a work at home job that isn't a scam or doesn't cost me an arm and a leg(both of which I don't have! LOL!)Does anyone know of any legitimate home-based buisnesses???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
