I'm a first time mom with five month old twins. I EBM every four hours for one twin - the other has a milk allergy. My ped. said that the BF baby has thrush, though it doesn't seem to bother him. I wonder though if my nipples have thrush. They have little white spots on the actual nipple but I don't know if that is normal from all the pumping. It has been like that ever since I gave birth and started pumping (I also tried to nurse the first month to two months). Are these white spots normal or is it thrush? What can I do to get rid of it if I need to?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
