So my 4month old DD has been sleeping from 9pm-5am for a couple weeks now (yay!). The problem is, I believe this has affected my milk supply. Has anyone noticed this happen? At first when she would wake up I would be very engorged and leaking, and now each morning my breasts seem less and less full. They also seem less full throughout the day as well, and more often now she seems like she is still hungry after feedings. Do you think this is related to the sleeping through the night? I wondered if the body was sensitive enough to know to make less milk just at night since there is no demand then, but still keep making enough throughout the day. I am so frustrated, I feel like I am going to dry up and have to move on to formula, which I very much don't want to do. I am trying to pump as much as I can, but it is so hard to do and take care of the baby too, not to mention I often can't get my milk to letdown for the life of me when I pump, but that's a whole other issue. Help!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
