My daughter will be 1 on oct. 27 and i have been very commited to my goal of giving her my milk for one year. Ive had my struggles since I exclusively pump but have overcome them. Now just two months shy of her 1st birthday I've noticed my supply is dipping rather low. I have enough frozen milk (for now) to get her thru those times when I don't pump enough but Im just afraid of "drying up" before she turns one. ANything I can do to increase my supply? I've had to do "power pumping" before. I'm using that as a last resort as that is super time consuming and just regular pumping is time consuming. Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated.
