My son is 10 weeks old and it still hurts when he latches on. Is this normal? I swear he latches on like he's part barracuda!! It doesn't really hurt after letdown, both those first 30 seconds hurt! I've also noticed that his lips dont flange out like they are suppose to but he's gaining weight, so i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
