My son is almost 12 weeks old, and is exclusively breastfed. He has been going 6-7 hours at night, then usually waking up. Some nights, I have woken him up, as my breasts are rock hard engorged! At what point (what age) do I just let him sleep thru the night? I just think that going 7 hours is a long time for a young baby. I think we are doing well to be only getting up once per night.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
