I just got back from a dermatologist who prescribed me Selsun shampoo. This is usually used for dandruff but she prescribed it for some fungi I have - they look real ugly on my chest - big white spots. I postponed doing anything while I was pg but now I'd like them gone. I asked if it's safe to use this shampoo - she wants me to put it on and then rinse after 15 mins - while breastfeeding. She didn't know but "guessed" that it's fine. Does anyone have a better info? I will be careful when putting it around my breasts and will avoid nipple/areola areas, and of course will rinse well before I bf, but I just wonder if any of it goes into blood and into milk. Thanks!
