My son is almost 6 months old and has been exculsivly breastfeed since coming home from the nicu. I use to pump more often, a few times a week, for the first couple of months after he was born to build up a supply/stash. When i was pumping regularly i'd get anywhere from 4-6 oz combined. Since then i've been pumping more erratically like when i know I'm going to be going out or if i miss a feeding and it will be a while before he eats again. When i pump during those times i was getting 6-8 oz. My question is this: the last couple of times i've pumped, i've only pumped one side (after he's eaten from the other....which we are doing right now because he has a stomach bug and is spitting up whenever he eats so he's getting less at a time but I'll feed him whenever he ask (drs orders).. he isn't complaining about being hungry..poor guy...) and i'm only getting 1-2 oz. Should i be concerned? i haven't tried to pump both breasts together ( i have a double electric pump) for over a month but the last time i did i got 7 oz or so combined.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
