I am a new mother to a set of 3 week old twins and I am still experiencing a lot of pain when my girls breastfeed. I have gone to a lactation specialist and she said that I am doing great because my girls are gaining weight and having plenty of dirty diapers. However, it is extremely painful everytime I breastfeed and it doesn't seem to be getting any easier. Is 3 weeks too soon for me to expect my girls to be experienced at latching on or is having pain still typical? Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
