My baby was just released from the hospital today after spending all week there due to bright red blood in his stool which we found out was related to his intolerance to dairy. Now i am on a non dairy diet. I was wondering if any other mom's out there have also experienced this and if so what they ate to fulfill there daily calories? I am having a hard time dealing with this due dairy is in like everything i eat.I bought some soy stuff today and a vegan butterspread but i feel like i dont have things to munch on during the day. So i just wanted to have some support from anyone who has gone through this.
