I have a four yr old son who weaned himself when he was 10 months old. My 10 month old girl now still loves to nurse and I am happy to let it go on until she decides she is done. I recently got my period back again and I have been noticing that my milk supply seems to drasticly go down while I am mensturating. I have gotten some lactation tea and drink that 3 to 4 times a day it seems to be helping a little, but I am worrind my milk supply is going down I refuse to supplement and she is still wetting and pooping as normal. Has anyone else had this problem?? I really don't want to give her formula and since she is my last I want to keep our special time going as long as we are both happy to do so. Any advice?
