Hey everyone - I have an adorable 6 week old boy who we think has an Milk Protein Allergy. We started him on Allergen formula 2 days ago while I eliminate ALL dairy from my diet and will continue breastfeeding in another couple days. So far, it seems to be making a difference in how he feels. My question is if anyone else has dealt with this and if you stuck with the really strict diet to continue breastfeeding or if you changed to formula? I am a HUGE dairy eater/drinker (Dairy farmer's daughter.. hehe) and I'm having a hard time finding things I can eat! I'm so hungry!! Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this or good alternatives to Milk/Butter/Cheese/etc to make life a little happier?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
