My milk supply has gone way down. For the first 3 weeks after her birth, I was easily pumping 4 oz every feeding. Now at 5 weeks, I can barely get 1oz all together. I pump every 2-3 hours and I drink plenty of water every day. Why would my supply be going down? I have to pump because she will not breast feed. I heard that you can take some kind of medication to increase your supply...is that something I have to go to my doctor for or do they sell something over the counter?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
