so I know that many people have trouble loosing weight especially after having a baby. I have been blessed with a very good metabolism my whole life and maintained a very stable weight of about 135-140 ( I am 5'8") I was 140 when I got pregnant and 175 at delivery. My son is just about 9 months old now and I have dropped to 125. I know that sounds great for many women out there, but for me it's too skiny and as hard as I try I can't seem to gain weight and am actually still loosing. I see myself becoming weaker and I need to get back to at least 135. Has anyone delt with this and what would you suggest to help. Thanks for your replies.
