I am going back to work next week & am pumping while gone. I am wondering how much EBM do I have my DH/babysitter give my DD at each feeding while I am gone. Obviously I don't worry too much while nursing....she pretty much decides how much she wants. I don't want to waste too much if I can help it by thawing too much at a time but obviously want her to get enough. Any thoughts on how to figure out how much to feed babies at certain ages/weights. Please nothing too complicated or time consuming.....just looking for basic advice or how/what other working moms do!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
