I recently was fired from Aveda Corp for closing the gate to the store for a period of 15 min because I was by myself and needed to pump breastmilk, well as soon as my DM found out about it she fired me. I have been battling the company to obtain unemployment benefits from them and was recently awarded them, umemployment sided with me and not Aveda, stating that it my actions were necessary. I also had worked for the company for a little of 2 years and never once had been written up or anything in my file to show that I was an unruly employee. Is this fair?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
