Hello out there! I just took twins home from NICU, they have been bottle fed with my expressed milk, and I have been keeping up their doses ever since. I feed them at the same time and then I go pump more milk. It starts to get a little tiring pumping and washing bottles all day, but I wonder, is it any more efficient breastfeeding both at the same time, and how on earth is this accomplished!! I thought I might start with one, get him use to the breast and keep feeding the other the bottle, but the breastfed one wants to wake up like every hour instead of every 2 or 2.5. There is of course the 22 cal suppliment that is added to my breastmilk in the bottle, that they gave me at NICU?? Perhaps this holds them over longer. I don't want to make life more complicated, but easier, is it worth it to try to breastfeed and how should I go about doing this? Another problem with this, is they can latch on, but not entirely correct, because they hurt my nipples when they drink. Anyone out there with twins that has been through this, please help, thanks. Dee

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
