7 years ago when I had my first baby I breastfed for just 3 weeks, I had a hard time with latching, infection and so on...that period is just a blurr to me really, those first few sleepless weeks, lol. I do remember that she was constipated though and the breastfeeding nurse said it was ok for breastfed babies to go for a long time without Poos because there is little waste in breast milk. In a book I'm reading now it says breastfeeding success is determind by Poos ( and pees too of course) and says there may be several a day from breastfed babies...it's a healthy sign...so what's right???

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
