My 2 week old has been nursing so well. The past 2 nights she has slept really well (one stretch 4-5 hours each night). The problem I'm having this AM is that I seem to have a blocked milk duct in my right breast... really painful. It's not hard or anything, but really hurts to the touch. I pumped that breast after she nursed on it this morning (still had 4 ounces in it) and I have been putting warm packs on it. Does anybody know any other tricks?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
