Breastfeeding Support Group
While breastfeeding is recommended by many doctors, it is not as simple as it seems. This is a community dedicated to parents who are choosing to breastfeed, providing a safe place to discuss everything from pumping, to questions of whether baby is getting enough, weaning, breast care, scheduling, supply, and more.

I should know all this since I'm bf'ing #3, but it's amazing how you lose your brains after having kids.
I checked Dr. Hale and found that Claritin-D is safe to take; however, your milk supply can be effected. I haven't taken this med in a couple years (back to back pregnancies) and forgot how it effects the baby ( I took it with #1) and myself.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Thanks, Maggie

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I do have to say, I made it 7 months with DD1, 3 months with DD2 and 5 months with DD3 and it's nice to have my boobs be mine again!! LOL
and chocolate is always a plus as far as i'm concerned...lol
