Jonah has been doing great with cereal and baby food twice a day since we started him gradually at around 4 months. He's now getting about 2 tbls of oatmeal with 2-3 tbls of baby food morning and night, and breastfeeds every 3-4 hours during the day. I'm thinking about adding in a lunchtime meal and wondered if anyone had advice about what kind of eating schedule they had around this 7 month time. I'm not sure if I should start stretching out his breastfeeding times to 4 hours more consistently - I definitely still want breast milk to be his primary nutrition source, but I feel like he may be interested in a lunch meal, too. Any advice?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
