So, here's my story: Not just about breastfeeding but also the formula problems. I exclusively breastfed my son for a month. He would not gain, docs became concerned so I had to start bottle. Since then, I have been expressing, although I have still got much less milk now. This past week, George's wind has become so bad he can't feed. He sometimes can't take any milk because he is screaming in pain and won't calm no matter how much I burp him. He will then guzzle loads down when the pain goes, like 7oz, then the problem starts again. Today I tried putting him to the breast which worked and soothed him. I went and got some Fenugreek. Has this worked for any of you? How did you find it? How long should it take to work? I really really want to get back to exclusively breastfeeding but I have a looong way to go... Also does anyone have any suggestions about how to help him eat in meantime? Should I only put him to breast And hopefully after a few days of pure bf and taking fenugreek my supply will satisfy him? Or shouild I top him up with formula after breastfeed? He does not have a milk allergy btw we have had this checked.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
