I just wanted to share that Zane has been breastfeeding for a whole year today! It's his birthday! We had a pretty rocky start with him being early and me not having a clue what I was doing but we figured it all out. He's still a pretty active nurser; a minimum of 6 times a day (usually closer to 7 or 8). When he wants to nurse now he says Ba-bas and/or tugs at my shirt. I would like to go another year.. I can't believe a year has gone past! I love nursing so much and I cherish that special time we get through out the day and night to cuddle and spend quiet time together, especially now that as soon as he's done, he sits himself up and is off to play again!
