I need some advice. My husband has an accountant for his business and he also does our taxes. We were supposed to meet with him for the last month anyway my stbx set up an appointment with him for this week. So today I went to my counselor and we talked about somethings that have been going on. He advised me once again to just get angry and move on with my life instead of letting my stbx have the power to hurt me. Anyway to the question, I stopped by the accountant to set up my own appointment so I could just get financially statements and so forth. Well the guy has me come back to his office, says he really can't meet with me seperatly because he represents my husbands business and can't give me advice. But then tells me of how he went through a bad divorce and his wife took him to the cleaners. He advised that I let him have numbers of what I wanted and then he would give them to my stbx. Anyway do accountants usually get this involved. I really don't want his advice I just want to know where we stand financially.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
