I haven't started a post in awhile. But I am curious how many of you have found that working out really has helped with dealing with your divorce. I am with my second trainer...since I have moved away from the first. The first trainer was shall we say a bit of a playa...LOL Anyway my new trainer is so awesome. He is better than my counselor. When I walk in he can tell how I am feeling by my body. Today he ask how sore I was and then said how is the head? I admitted not great and that I had almost cancelled on him. During our session he talked with me about how with exercise I needed to focus and do things slow and controlled. That if I didn't it would not work. In my day to day I am always finding distractions so I don't have to stay focused on things I don't want to deal with. He is helping me mentally, physically and emotionally..A pretty good deal...
