Why should my x benefit because my income and situation qualified me for financial aid for my portion of son's tuition? He's wanting to be reimbursed for part of the tuition he paid so that he gets to "cash in" on the financial aid too. The man makes $160K+. Why in the world would this even pass through someone's brain? Seems to me that some people are just evil through and through. I only got financial aid based on MY portion of the tuition. It just seems ridiculous to me. Does my x have any kind of argument here? Ideas???
