I consider myself a strong person, but there is so much going on right now in my life that I feel I'm close to having a nervous breakdown. My anxiety and stress are through the roof..its starting to affect my health and I am so worried about my options...I usually don't want to be on meds of any kind, but I'm wondering what others experinces have been. Anyone taking anything for anxiety that helps them, but doesnt make you a zombie or oblivious to the world? I dont' want to be in a haze...I just want the edge taken off so I can function and not be in constant panic mode.
