I am moving out this weekend, and will have my children every other weekend. I am terrified of being alone, and feel like the world is going to pass me by. I dont feel as if I can talk to anyone (except one friend) because my friends are not divorced and dont understand, and my mother is grieving herself about my divorce. I feel like I have no where to turn- the whole thing is getting me so down. I havent been taking care of myself, overeating, smoking- I feel like I'm going crazy and falling apart! Is this normal? Does it ever get better?!
