My wife and I separated in September 2007. By Thanksgiving, we had reconciled, began sleeping together again and had sex a couple times over the next month or so. She then became cold and seeming indifferent, removed her wedding ring again in March, and finally on June 3, 2008, told me we weren't sleeping together anymore. As both of our separations are "while living together" when did this second separation begin and does it also need to last one year? She is telling me that we never weren't separated. Does anyone know the rules for Virginia or at least think they do?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
