I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE MY HUSBAND UNDERSTAND THAT LEAVING THE HOUSE IS NOT THE ANSWER TO MY ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION BUT IN FACT IT IS PART OF THE REASON FOR IT AT ALL.....
HE KEEPS TELLING ME THAT EVERYTHING IS JUST THE WAY THAT I SEE IT AND THAT I AM OVER EXAGGERATING THE SITUATION AND THAT MY ATTITUDE IS WHAT TENDS TO KEEP HIM AWAY AS OFTEN AS HE IS GONE MOST TIMES AND THAT I JUST NEED TO CHILL OUT AND RELAX.
ANY SUPPORT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED...

I can see what you mean - him moving out is definitely going to add to your anxiety and depression - not take away from it.
Was the anxiety & depression there prior to his leaving or is it a result of his leaving? In my mind, these are two distinct issues and must be deal with in different ways. Are you in counseling? Together or separately?
