Im new herejust about a two week rookie. And just like I do in the real world, I hang out and observe for awhile before jumping in the water. I just want to offer this

Although we all share common griefs and experiences, we all experience grief differently...and while it may be ones time to laugh, it might be anothers to cry

For all of the reasons we are hurt, we must remember not to extend those injustices to others herelack of communication, judgment, cynicism, failure to consider another point of view, or the inability to walk in anothers shoe.
