I'm in the process of filing the divorce papers. Am I wrong to seek sole legal and physical custody of my son? My DH has become a "Yo-Yo" parent since our separation. He'll call for a few weeks, see my son on the weekend, and then disappear. My son has medical concerns and its troublesome when my DH cannot be located. So I pose my question again, am I wrong to seek sole legal and physical custody of my son?
