Ok, my attorney is out of the office until 10/25 I've called her cell probably 100 times. But my stbx when he filed for divorce he filed for custody. Currently I have our 2 girls most nights. He gets them on Weds & Thurs night plus every other weekend. Well starting 2night he gets the girls EVERYNIGHT. I am only allowed to have them on off days from work. Which I work M-F and I can only have them everyother weekend. So that leaves me access to my girls only every other weekend!! How does one go about this??? I don't understand how he did this!!! I drop the girls off around 5:30 - 6 am every school day morning I have them. And I get them off the school bus at 3:30 everyday and take them back to my place. Now he went and got a sitter .... how was he able to do this?!?!?!?!?!? How long does it take to get a court date? I'm really freaked out. I can understand if he was doing this because I am a bad mom or something, but I believe 100% this is just to hurt me!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
were there outstanding circumstances that has allowed this to occur?...
Well.. not knowing the info now.. I would say call the firm.. demand to speak to the person who is handling your lawyers cases and demand a halt to the change.
If he can afford a babysitter, then he can provide you with those funds for a sitter is my thinking.
Don't freak out.. be calm... call the firm back. Demand to have something done.
Remember it will cost you $$$$ everytime you call.
nevermind.. bottomline...you can let them know that it is your intent to move into the school district.. that is your plan for the future... you left the home to protect yourself and your children.
Big difference between what he ASKS for and what he GETS.
