He gave some support money my lawyer tells me to file seperatly this year my question he claims me and his two kids on his salary and will probly try to claim the three of us on his income tax is he allowed to do this even though he hasn't lived with us the past year? I have been the one paying the bills and paying more of my share sometimes and the caretaker of the kids shouldn't I be the one to file? and get teh exemptions? I live in NJ
