Now this may not be appropriate given all the media attention about the swine flu, but this article I found online about divorce says to treat yourself like you getting over the flu--plenty of rest, eat healthy, lots of fluids, etc. Basically to take care of yourself and give yourself a break, to accept that you will not be functioning at 100% for quite some time. I keep wondering why my body feels like it's been beat up!!
