WEll, I made myself drive 35 miles to a divorce support group, even though I tried to tell myself every reason why I couldn't go. I bit the bullet and walked in alone. It was strange. Almost everybody acted surprised that I listed my first emotion as anger instead of pain. They couldn't understand that the pain has taken second place to the anger now. Isn't that the normal route of emotions? First hurt, then pissed off because you've BEEN hurt? Then acceptance, hopefully? Don't know if I'll go back or not, but at least I made the effort to put myself out there.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
