Sorry I should of added on her dream house, she got what she wanted in a house we sold today

I don't want to sell... where would I go with my kids. I am trying desperatley to stay put. He walked out, isn't that enough?

I did not sell.. I bought it.. traded a lot to get it.. paid a lot.

but mind you other things.. it was a relief to move on ... major step forward selling.. paying off debts... less burdens ...

That would be my case, I'd have to sell because I can't carry the mtg alone. I wish I could, but the housing mkt is bad.

The day I put my house up for sale made me very sad. All I did was cry. But now 5 months later I have a more positive attitude and wish that the market would pick up and someone would buy my house so that I can move on and start a new life. Its too hard both of us living in the same house.

The house was custom built..our dream home. I spent countless hours decorating it. It was devastating to see the for sale sign at first..this was the end of a dream. When it sold rather quickly it was more of a relief, if it hadn't sold it would have financially devastated me. I thought that it would make me sad to see it again, with it's new owners, nope it was not really sad..just a part of reality. My new home is our new beginning..he can't come in, he can't bring his lovers here, he can't do anything here that would continue to destroy my family.

I cant wait till we sell this place!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing here, I was very sad during the sale process (we built it together to raise our family there) but the day I moved out it was complete relief.

I am so happy for you Scott. We didn't sell the farm, but he has the option to do that in 15 months if he decides to...as long as he pays me my portion (which is written into the agreement). We had to be creative with our agreement....it was VERY important to me that our son stay there where his cattle are. That is his passion. I really don't know how I will feel if he does sell it...I have my own house now. I suppose I would be sad because that is where my children were born and have spent their whole lives.

I refuse to sign the listing papers until I receive my Walking money. His only alternative is to bring in an Attorney, and Make me ;-) hehe.

I have to have a place for my dogs. I would NOT have gotten them if I had known this was coming...I will Not surrender them. He Will continue to pay this jacked up mortgage, that HE created, until HE forks over the paltry sum of money that HE offered me.

Oh, then I get whatever proceeds come from the sale of the house. I don't expect much. He drained that, too...and will no doubt dump it for the lowest price possible.

Oh, my, bit of bitterness again. Maybe I should go watch video's of his dragster, and work on That...

Tami, does he ever crash in the dragster? If so, put that on replay over and over! :)

My heart will break when I finally sell my beloved home and farm. But, I too must sell it for his 'fair' share.

Yeah, we moved about two weeks ago and I wasn't sad until moving day. When I got to my old house and saw the moving truck and the house just about empty, that's when I lost it. I loved that house so much! I still really miss it although I have a great apartment and it's peaceful. No more fighting!

Broker called an hour ago to do annother showing. I often think back all the good times and family functions we had in our home over the holidays. I was crazy when it came to christmas for I placed sixty thousand lights and had twelve foot blow ups through out yard. This past year we placed this beautiful sixteen foot christmas tree in our home for the first time. Now all gone and depressing for those days were so special to me and I am not looking for it to come now.

I miss my old house, the small one where the kids grew up.

I still have dreams that I am there, snuck in to sit on my patio and look at my crape myrtles...and the new owner catches me.

It was a lovely little house.
